Resurgence is a Cincinnati based non-profit organization, founded to address this epidemic. Every three hours, a pastor quits as a result of burnout or failure. Our mission is to restore the lives of broken leaders through training, relationships, and professional networking.

Training
Heal from past wounds and build yourself up for the future. We have developed resources to enable you to deal with the past and face the future armed with the information and inspiration to be successful. We utilize written material, online master classes, and on-site seminars to give you the tools to live The Restored Life.Â
Relationships
Healing is relational. We will partner you with a mentor with the experience and survival instincts to walk you through the journey of restoration. A mentoring relationship provides you with encouragement, prayer covering, and accountability. We call them Ambassadors of Restoration.
Networking
We believe spiritual, mental, and emotional healing often requires the intervention of a licensed clinical counselor, a professional who can give you the in-depth care you need. We will work to refer you to a Christian counselor with experience in pastoral ministry.Â
